Right on! Happy New year guys and gals. It’s 2009, and we are here assembled to celebrate a new year of more awesome technologies and new announcements from the Biggies. January implies Macworld, which means some cool announcements from the house of Apple. But with Steve Jobs not presenting the Keynote, the fizz is a bit low. Also, this is Apple’s last Macworld. Nevertheless, Apple fanboys are assembled and are already speculating some of the rumours making waves all across. Upto you if you want to believe them.

1. New iMac , New Mac Mini
Macrumors suggest that this is one of the most likely ones to happen. New hardware releases.
2. iLife ’09. iWork ’09
New year, new software updates of the best-selling Apple suites. Better integration with Mobile-Me. So sez Gizmodo
3.17″ MacBook Pro fixed battery
This ones from Appleinsider. Wait and watch.
4. Snow Leopard.
The next OS X. Hmmmm!!!
5.Cinema Displays / Mac Pros / Home Media Server / Tablet or PDA
Don’t think this will be quite the star rumour in this entire list
6. iPhone and iPhone Nano, iPod Touch pro et al.
How can this list be complete without this?
7. Last but not the least, how about a surprise cameo/guest climax appearance by Steve Jobs in pure “one more thing” fashion.
Soooo…what would turn into truth when the gates are open tomorrow, Tuesday 6th Jan,2009, 12pm EST and 9 am Pacific. Watch this space, or you can directly catch the liveblog on Gizmodo or TUAW/Engadget.
Cheers!
