Pics of World’s Largest Apple Store in Covent Garden, London

Steve Jobs’ recent keynote at the Apple music event came with a bunch of awesome announcements. Amongst them were the new iPod Nano loaded with a touchscreen, the new iPod Touch with dual cameras and supporting Facetime, as well as the new iPod shuffle which goes back to its body-controls design.

Amongst other announcements, Jobs also announced the opening of the world’s largest Apple store in London. This retail store located very centrally at Covent Garden has been creating waves amongst fanboys and even non Apple fans. It certainly did make it to the news headlines. I made a visit myself this weekend, and so here are a few pictures of the World’s largest Apple store – Covent Garden, London.

The interior walls are very fortress-esque. Well, that is what you expect from Piezza, don’t you?

What is most awesome about this store is that there are numerous Apple based workshops being held throughout the week. For the entire list of workshops, please visit Covent Garden Store Website.

There are more than 7,500 known cultivars of apples, resulting in a range of desired characteristics. Different cultivars are bred for various tastes and uses, including cooking, fresh eating and cider production. Domestic apples are generally propagated by grafting, although wild apples grow readily from seed. Trees are prone to a number of fungal, bacterial and pest problems, which can be controlled by a number of organic and non-organic means.,`,*
