As per my sources, Airtel and Vodafone would be launching iPhone 3G by mid-october 2008. And it will not cost $199 for sure. Since there are no subscription based plans in India, Apple will be selling unsubsidized iPhones in India. And it would cost anywhere between Rs.32000 to Rs.35000 for an 8GB version. Not 100% sure. But most probably this would the scene of iPhones in India. Hey Techkeyla… nice blog.
